I  have regularly engaged  the service  of Mr Gary Boyer,  Owner Principle of Platinum Jack  several times and he has always provided an excellent and professional service.

I had a number of “small” jobs that other trades I contacted felt the jobs were a) too small for them and or b) I would need to wait several weeks before they could schedule the work.

I was preparing my town house for auction and contacted Gary to discuss the work I required and he immediately set up a time to visit me at a time convenient to me. He assured me that no job was too small and he could do as “little or as much “ as I needed and the work could be scheduled for completion as one job or scheduled over a period of time. He assessed the work and by that night me provided me with a written quote which I was more than happy to accept. Not only did he complete the number of “little jobs’ but also recommended and provided ideas on other things he could do either now or later. Over a period of 4 days Platinum Jack completed the following for me:

1. De Cluttered and packed up the garage, organized  and placed excess items /boxes into storage
2. Repainted the  garage which included preparing the cement floor  
3. Painted the  retaining wall and fence
4. Clipped the bamboo hedge, tidied the garden, fertilized and mowed the lawn
5. Power washed and cleaned outside living area
6. Cleaned and oiled wooden dining suite
7. Repaired small damaged carpeted area
8. Replaced light bulbs
9. Engaged an electrician to check external wiring
10. Plus a few other “odds and sods”

Gary demonstrated a commitment to his work and service always cleaning up as he went and removing all debris and clutter. He did all of this within such a short time period which not only reduced the stress of preparing my property for “open inspections” but added value as well.

I have engaged Platinum Jack Maintenance a number of times now for small jobs such as general outside cleaning and tidying and at all times I have received the same friendly and excellent service.  Thank you Gary , you certainly do provide a “Platinum “ Service and I would only be too happy to recommend your services.

I required some handyman work to be completed on my property. After obtaining various quotes I enlisted the services of Platinum Jack (Gary).

Gary provided the following in his service which exceeded my expectation:

1. He was timely in arriving for the quote and later for completing the job.
2. Completed a quote which was considerably cheaper than others.
3. Took time in ensuring we agreed on exactly what was required.
4. Gave me a great sense of trust in our discussions allowing me to give over a House Key with no hesitation.
5. Completed an extensive list of jobs to a high standard
6. And Fully cleaned up any evidence of a workman being on site at my home.

My expectations were then totally exceeded when I received a follow up call to ensure I was fully satisfied with the work and to let him know if anything didn't remain perfect ie A front door which was jamming and repaired.

The final cost was as per quote. The nice touch was not trying to up - sell further jobs on the day but to leave a suggested list of other jobs which would improve my home if I invested in them, eg Having my Garage floor refurbished, External fences painted etc.

I felt Gary was treating my Home as if it was his own and have no hesitation in recommending the Services of Platinum Jacks.
